Geralyn Hurd, a partner at the accounting, consulting and technology firm Crowe, describes six ways that leaders can create a culture of innovation and suggests that innovation’s role is to solve problems.  She suggests that keeping in mind that we are attempting to add company-wide value, eliminate inefficiencies, attract the top talent, increase customer satisfaction and grow profits will help to guide decision-making when designing innovation management processes.
